Last week, NIPDB CEO Nangula Uaandja posted on X that boys should probably enroll in military training, a statement echoing First Gentleman Epaphras Ndaitwah’s recent call to uplift the boy child during a workshop in Windhoek.

Uaandja, who previously advocated for vocational training to empower youth, sparked debate with her suggestion.
