The Namibian newspaper has declared the just concluded election as a nightmare as it was clogged by delays, long queues and inadequate ballots,scuffles and suspicions of vote rigging by the opposition. The SADC Election Observation Mission is expected to announce its position on a report that will provide analysis of this election as per the observers.  But with unhappiness around people who got turned away from polling stations before the Electoral Commission of Namibia declared that voting should continue, has the ECN managed to competently run this election?
