Governor Edjinas Endjala on the crocodile attack in the north

A crocodile was put down at the Olushandja/Etaka Dam in the Omusati Region today after attacking and seriously injuring a man who had been touching it while posing for pictures.
According to Onesi Constituency Councillor Festus Petrus, the crocodile had been struck by a taxi while crossing the road early in the morning, leaving it injured but still mobile.
The incident quickly drew a large crowd, with onlookers gathering to observe the reptile.
Omusati regional governor Erginus Endjala joined us to look at the incident and his caution against meddling with these mammals.
