Finance and Social Grant Management Minister Erica Shafudah is set to table the national budget in Parliament on Thursday.

Typically presented in February or March, the national budget sets the stage for the Mid-Term Expenditure Framework later in the year. This timing aligns with the government’s financial year, which runs from 1 April to 31 March.

President Netumbo has identified key priorities, including agriculture, youth empowerment, green schemes, employment creation, and infrastructure development. How can this budget align with these goals?
