CRAN Tackles E-Waste Crisis with Public Awareness Campaigns.

Namibia, just like most countries in the world, has a problem with discarded electrical and electronic devices that are no longer in use or have reached the end of their life cycle, otherwise known as e-waste. Such material contains hazardous materials like lead, mercury, and cadmium, which can pollute soil and water if not disposed of properly.
In an attempt to deal with e-waste, Over the years, CRAN has initiated public awareness campaigns aimed at informing citizens about the dangers of e-waste.
