City of Windhoek to Elect New Leadership After Canceled December Vote.

The City of Windhoek will tomorrow conduct elections of office bearers at an event that will also be attended by residents. The  municipality remains without a mayor, deputy mayor, or management committee after the December election was canceled due to a lack of quorum.
