The death of Namibia’s third president, Hage Geingob, set in motion a shift in cabinet that saw Nangolo Mbumba elevate to president, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah move to the office of the vice-president leaving the international relations ministry needing a minister. Peya Mushelenga left the ICT department and headed to Parliament Gardens. This ushered in new leadership at the ministry of information and communication technology. The young Emma Theofulus as minister and Modestus Amutse as deputy. Audrin Mathe joind Daybreak to unpack year for the ministry.
