As we continue our focus on the upcoming Swapo party electoral college set for this week Friday, the question now is can the Swapo party deliver a stronger list of able parliamentarians?
The Swapo party college, also known as the pot, a superbowl of political contestation as members jostle for a seat in the National Assembly.
The electoral college will take two days and those with the most votes occupy the very first positions on a list of 96 seats.
But will delegates vote based on merit or loyalty lines and what will be the impact of this on the quality of lawmakers that will be headed to parliament?
