The Namibian Defence Force (NDF) received praise for its effective role in assisting flood-affected communities in the northern regions, where rising waters have disrupted access to vital services.

The ongoing relief operation, which began last month, is focused on reaching high-risk areas and providing support to communities vulnerable to waterborne diseases.
