Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah’s cabinet only accommodates 15 ministers as opposed to the 21 of the Geingob administration.
Some have hailed that as a good moving, arguing that it will save costs and allow for efficiency.
Others have noted that this might overwhelm certain ministries and create bottlenecks.
