The National Youth Council of Namibia (NYC) has been in turmoil, with allegations of maladministration and corruption surfacing from a leaked forensic report. Despite receiving the report in March, Ministers Agnes Tjongarero and Ipumbu Shiimi have yet to take decisive action, raising concerns about leadership accountability.
