Electoral Court to Rule on IPC’s Legal Challenge to National Assembly Election

The Electoral Court will decide on Monday whether it will hear the IPC’s challenge to the November National Assembly election. The court has also ordered the IPC to provide N$450,000 in security for legal costs.
